Artist History Originally named ETERNITY this musical project was created in early 1992 by the two cousins - Richard (gt) & Radim (dr). Soon a 2nd guitarist, Martin -Dejovec-, also joined and in the end of 1992 two more members got added to the band - Robert on vocals and Roman on bass. Martin "Dejovec" was soon replaced by Richard Minx (ex/Bigotry, now Dissolving Of Prodigy) and the line-up was completed with Eva (key, flute, voc). The band changed their name to LOVE HISTORY and this lineup remained during the debut live performance (July'93) and the recordings of the first demo-tape, called "The Astral Silence Of Blooming Virgin Beauty" (3 tracks + intro, 20 minutes). In January of 94, with a different lineup as Bilos (Malignant Tumour) replaced Richard Minx and Eva participated as a guest member only, Love History recorded 4 new songs (total of 25 minutes) at Barbarella studio. The new songs got the attention of the Italian label Northern Darkness Records and they released it as a MCD, "Desires", in autumn 1995. The time after this release is marked with many personal changes and the band parting ways with most of its members. The original lineup (Richard and Radim) got together again in 1996 and with the help of Radek on keyboards they recorded the opus "Gallileo, Figaro - Magnifico..." (best described as melodic death doom with cosmic atmospheres) in December 1996, again at Barbarella studio. While Northern Darkness originally agreed to release it on CD they fell short to their promise and delayed the album release until the first half of 2000. As if the long delay was not enough Northern Darkness Records only partially compensated the band and thus fell short on most of its original promises. In the meantime, "Gallileo..." has been released as tape album by the Czech label Shindy Prod. Towards the end of 1998 The End Records signs Love History and the band began working on new songs. From November '99 - May '00 the band was in and out of the studio and finished their next album "Anasazi". The new album is more variant and definitely their stronger material to date. Do not expect to fit Love History into any mold as their sound harmoniously blends an abundance of musical elements and styles! elease date of the new album, "Anasazi" is November 7th. Full of wide visions and unique scopes LOVE HISTORY have delivered one of the most intricate and elaborate releases to enter the contemporary metal scene.
