Artist description No Limit Tank members in training Lil’ Soldiers explode onto the scene with their debut album, “Boot Camp.” The album features the contributions of Mia X, Fiend, Magic, Mo B.D. and the production of Beats by the Pound. Bred in New Jersey, brothers Ikeim and Freequon are among some of the youngest ever, they were 9 and 7, respectively, at the time their album debuted. Lil’ Soldiers serve up No Limit’s pounding, in-your-face beats and lyrics beyond their ages. The brothers got signed to No Limit after their father, rapper and producer Short Circuit, met Master P on a plane. It was one of their early songs, “Close To You,” an ode to “moms,” that caught P’s attention.
