Press Reviews
JAZZ NOTES What we have here is a small masterpiece of jazz writing and improvisation, in which the delights are spiritual as well as mystical. In "Fathers", Mileti creates a moving presentation of a father's love for his child. He probes the depths of that relationship through the elegant use of his soprano saxophone as the voice of that communication. He brings to my mind the legendary John Coltrane, as he plays The title composition, “Dawn of a New Error.” Here he welcomes in the new millennium with a tour de force of melodic resourcefulness. Mileti displays a fine directness and a clarity of phrasing for our trip into the future. That I really couldn't get enough of Mileti in this short time span, is exactly the way I feel about this CD!
