Artist description The Black Velvet Band specializes in traditional Irish folk music. Guitar, hammered dulcimer, tin whistle, mandolin, bodhran, and the occasional banjo make up our sound. We throw in a little four-part harmony on the songs, and blend them with a hefty dose of tunes.
