Artist History
For nearly a decade, Tom , John and Rich have played in various projects through out Northwestern America. A short time ago the trio united to pursue an original sound with the help of Interurban Records. Thier long-term affiliation is apparent on their debut CD "No Alternative left". The Band's Style nods to classic rock but plays on the modern edge. Their songs are crafted and melodic with creative harmonies and soaring guitar solos. Lyrical content is diverse as all three members contribute in the creative process. The album explores many issues ranging from the trials of every day life and relationships, to personal hardship and living in the ninties. Dark shadows, Last Call, Runaway and Flying Solo are a good introduction to the bands' sound. The unplugged version of Next Ride shows a side of the band seen less frequently. Redgrass has performed with Bad Co., Nazareth, Great White, Blue Oyster Cult, Edgar Winters, Pat Travers, Foghat, Dokken and many others. |

Press Reviews
The Rocket, Seattle WA, March 26, 1997. The first thing to notice about "No Alternative Left" is how good it sounds. The production is enviably professional and slick, though to the band's credit, no studio trickery is used to cover up lack of ability. That's because there is no need. These guys play extremely competent hard rock/pop metal and write intelligent songs that center around a solid hook. This record features creative melodies and air tight playing delivered with a nice, head banging punch. Music like this kicking around the underground may bring the day when there realy is "No Alternative Left". |
