Artist description From the same club scene that brought you bands like The Strokes, it's MIGHTY JOE packing a Power Pop punch of rock and roll. Armed with two cd's chock full of original songs, the trio have what has been described as a "Dude, there's no way you guys sound like that" sound. It's big and ballsy,and the harmonies are unbelievable. The current roster is the same as in the beginning: Andy singing and guitaring while Eddie sings and basses all the while Mark drums the drums. When all of this happens at the same time everyone agrees that all is good and pure. There have been some really nice words said about Mighty Joe recently. Here's one. Tommy Floyd formerly of Pretty Boy Floyd could hardly contain himself saying how refreshing the sound was. Not quite what's on the radio…but what SHOULD be. The band is currently featured on Star Search USA Radio and has had the number one song on Station MP3.com . Not bad for 3 guys who can't believe it's not butter.
