    Artist description
TO ORDER CD: SEND $16 TO JEFF SCHWARTZ at PO Box 1143, N. Eastham, MA 02651. Jeff Schwartz shares in his music a deep connection with the earth and a passion for the joys and struggles of life. With warmth and sincerity he weaves a heartfelt connection with his audience. Jeff’s clear and compelling voice delivers a message of love and hope straight from the heart. (Jeff’s music ranges from an acapella ballad to soft rock with lots of acoustic guitar and strong vocals throughout). Jeff donates all profits from LOVING EARTH to the Homes for Seven Generations’ project of the Mashpee Wampanoag people, whose goals are: preservation of existing tribal lands, expansion of tribal land-holdings (the Mashpee Wampanoag are in danger of losing a final foothold on their native lands), conservation and extension of open space to guarantee traditional hunting, fishing, and farming.

    Artist History
Jeff Schwartz was born and raised in the country south of Buffalo, NY where he spent much of his childhood romping through the woods and developing a love for the earth and all its creatures. Jeff has continued this connection by working with biology, natural history, environmental education, outdoor adventure and organic farming, as well as travelling extensively in the wilderness. As a youth Jeff studied drums and percussion and while studying biology in college he sang the national anthem at several Syracuse University basketball games and leading roles in Syracuse music theatre shows. For a dozen years Jeff vanished from the public eye as he struggled with panic attacks. This struggle with fear has proven fertile ground for personal growth and Jeff has re-emerged as a singer/songwriter on the Cape Cod music scene. Jeff’s debut contemporary folk album, LOVING EARTH, features passionate songs with stunning vocals and some of the finest musicians from the Cape and Boston.
