Artist History
Big Daddy was formed in 1991 when Pat and Mike were looking to form a band and had found a couple of players. At one particular rehearsal, Bryan (who Mike already knew from Bryan's last band, THE LIFT) was invited to observe and maybe play guitar on a jam or two. The trio (read POWER TRIO) decided ON THE SPOT that a band was a GREAT IDEA as they knew a gazillion of the same songs! Mike distinctly remembers: "One of the things that clinched the deal was when we all played HALO OF FLIES by Alice Cooper note for note. It was, as they say, a sudden EPIPHANY!" |

Press Reviews
"Come, my child, into the abyss!" says Jack the Ripper. . . "If the lorry steers clear of the round-a-bout, we'll all get an ice lolly!" says Little Malcolm. . . "I own a double wide!" says unknown redneck. . . "Yo, F*&K nuts! Tell Sandra I'm here!" says Tony, Sal's ex-girlfriend Angela's brother (who thinks all girls are sex objects with "mall hair") |

Additional Info
We used to be in love with Davey Jones, but he never returned our phone calls. We were just devastated when he played the prom for our rivals, Fillmore Junior High. Of course, after the restraining order, we must have cried for a week and it was at that moment we realized that we would always live in Marcia's shadow! Why does she always get everything she wants? Marcia, Marcia, Marcia! Thank you and now back to our regularly scheduled program already in progress. |
