Press Reviews From Bass Frontiers Volume 5 #1 by Mark A Corradetti Keith Horne says, "There's nothing I like more than just playing 4 string bass. Just groove stuff." But to rate Keith as just a bass player is an understatement. All you have to do is just look around his home and you can see all the evidence that is the dwelling of a complete musician. On one of the walls there is a picture of Jaco. Scattered around the room are some photos of Tanya Tucker with Keith. There are 4 or 5 basses on stands around the living room, a pedal steel guitar, and many cases laying about. All of these different instruments aren't just furniture. Keith can play them all extremely well. Period. Since Keith moved to Nashville in 1991 he's been working almost nonstop. His past gigs have included stints with Tanya Tucker, Ricky Van Shelton, Peter Frampton, and Ramsey Lewis. He currently is touring with Country superstar Trisha Yearwood. He's also great friends with Victor Wooten and they play together whenever possible. He's got a solo record he's working on, and he's planning some clinic work with Victors brother, Reggie, in Japan later this year.
