Artist description John is a high school choral director in Northern Michigan. He is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, singer and arranger. On these (mostly) obscure Christmas songs, John uses only his multitracked voice and percussion instruments. Incredibly, these were recorded on a 4-track cassette recorder. Tohubohu was formed in the mid 80's along with Jeff Krebs and Keith Balistreri. Check out Jeff and Johns site for some recordings of that band. Since that time Tohubohu has gone through many reincarnations, me mbers, and style trials. Tohubohu continues to perform in Johns mind. John is also a member of KLM Camp Band and plays keyboards and accordian on Jeff Krebs' CD. (Check these artist out in the link section). ccc
