Artist History We are a Toledo Ohio based rock n roll band. We first formed in November of 1997 as Stalin and the Cosmonauts. In August of 98 we lost a member and became the Quantum 4. Composed of former members of the Sprags, the Crazy Daizys, Flutter, Dyslexic Bob and Stalin & the Cosmonauts. Presently we all get along.
