Artist description
Henderson, Kentucky's favorite sons, The Mullets bring their nearly infamous brand of humor inflected punk rock to the Higher Step label. Perfectly straddling the line between melodic and memorable and fast and obnoxious-they are the perfect punk band for everyone. Add to the mix their unique brand of humor that is as funny as the songs are good, and you've got a band that deserves the love and adoration it receives everywhere it goes. Already southern Indiana/northern Kentucky regional favorites, the Mullets are destined for bigger things, and it's only a matter of time before they blow up big time.Their first release on HSR was a split tape with nice guys finish last, entitled, "The Fully Reversible EP". Their first full-length HSR recording is entitled "Typical Stereo". This album shows a new direction for the trio. There is more rock and less punk, but the humor is still intact. |
