Artist History Formed in 1995 in Orlando from the ashes of a couple of different bands. IHF performed around theCentral Florida area with a barrage of televisions and special effectson stage blurring the boundaries between music and performance art.Then Rich went his own way to perform with Strobe 7 (not to be confused with Stroke 9) and Kays has been doing movie and TV music.Now it's pretty much a studio project...boo hoo!
