Artist description Hello, I am a 25-year old female producer from Canada. Music gives me a rush...there's nothing else to it. There's something about electronic music that makes one feel many emotions at one time...happiness/sadness, enlightment/disparity, joy/pain. If you listen closely enough, many of the sounds in electronic music emulate the sounds of the body: swooshing, wavering synths; deep, moist atmospheres; pulsing 303's; and a steady heartbeat resonating throughout. I think this is why it can have such a great effect on so many people.

Music Style Trance, veering towards ambient

Musical Influences I've always loved every aspect of music and so there have been a variety of influences on my tastes. Artists include Pink Floyd, The Doors, Sarah McLachlan, Madonna, Nine Inch Nails. Other electronic artists include Massive Attack, Portishead, Juno Reactor, Sasha and John Digweed, Astral Projection, Commander Tom, and many of the independent artists here on MP3 (too many to name)

Artist History I began producing electronic music at age 16 and have experimented with all kinds of electronic sounds and styles. At age 20 I moved to Saskatoon and met other independent producers who inspired me to create new sounds and styles. Currently, I'm taking a Radio Arts program at NAIT in Edmonton...hopefully finding work as an audio producer once I'm finished. Unfortunately, my creative juices are running low at the moment but I still manage to squeeze a new track out now and then.
