Artist History
Started writing techno in early 1994 on a 486dx66 using "creative wav labs" and samples ripped from computer games. Then with the release of "cool edit" and "rubber duck" some time later, enabled me to experiment with my own sounds as well as using the effects givenas presets in "cool edit".Now with the 486 crashing virtually every 20 minutes I bought a new comp in late 1997 (pii 200).I collected every sound program I could find, "FX" - great for making your own sounds, "goldwave" - good for it's effects, "multiquence" - my first multitracking WAV sequencer (crap!).It wasn't till late 1998 before I found a copy of "buzz alpha", extremely unstable and very tempermental. "Buzz" version1.0 came out a bit later which was much more stable and gave me the writing environment I need. |
