 | | | | Artist History In late 1997, Nathan Hiltz and Andy March decided that there must be more to jazz, and sought (naively) to find it in so-called "trip hop". They hooked up with Jesse Dangerously, not a stellar drummer but one well versed in hip hop, and just started jamming. Sparks flew. Before they knew it, Jeannie Taylor was singing with them and they had a gig at a local rave. In November of 98, Nathan moved on to more traditional jazz and left the group, but the remaining three forged ahead, within a few months adding gypsy-jazz mastermind Joseph Rosenburg to the roster. 1999 has been spent forging the groundwork for a musical coup. Let's see where it , shall we?
