Artist History Formed 1998 - We have been fans of extreme metal since the mid 80's, listening to bands like Anthrax,S.O.D.,Nuclear Assault,Voivod,Possessed,Dark Angel,etc. And we always were impressed with new bands that emerged and pushed the limits of brutality higher, like Deicide,Morbid Angel,and Napalm Death. ---- Death Metal is real. And its not for the meek. War Corpse plays Death Metal because its the most extreme, aggressive and punishing music in the world. Death Metal seemed to be dying out in the mid 90's, but now there is a second coming of Death Metal happening, listen to Nile, Incantation, Krisiun, Hate Eternal and Angel Corpse so you too can enjoy this "Resurrection of Brutality". -- War Corpse
