Artist description
Do you remember what it's like to love a band? It's hard, huh? Over the past decade music has changed, but more importantly the love for music has changed. Well, the 60's are long gone, and now people have no focus, no heart, and no dedication towards a band any more. With the millennium approaching, people are yearning for something to connect with, something to cherish, and most importantly something to love. The answer…Grandma Sugar. Grandma Sugar out of Los Angeles is a combination of modern alternative rock with a style reminiscent of the 60's. Their sound is beautifully unique and unmistakably their own. The secret ingredient: A devout love for music and the people they play it for. The band consists of 6 members: Darcie Rae (vocalist/ Los Angeles) , Noel Berman (rhythm guitar/Los Angeles), Emilio Mendoza (lead guitar/Los Angeles), Eric Schwerner (bass guitar, New Jersey), Adam Alt (percussion/ New Jersey), and Anthony Amodeo (drums/New Jersey). |
