Artist History Formed in 1995, CRIMESEEN13 has captured the attention of folds from New Jersey to Alabama through steady touring and a great live show. As the new millenium approaches, however, music fans in Europe are about to get their first taste of this energetic rock band.Plans for a four-week tour of Spain and Germany were put together by the band in response to interest from friends and fans who were located there. The European tour will come on the heels of an extended twelve-week tour of the U.S.A., which will take the band from Washington D.C. to Florida, then west through New Orleans to Colorado and eventually California.Followers of the band return for more of what CRIMESEEN13 is known for - high energy rock and roll with a no-holds-barred attitude. "We play to have fun and give all we've got," said Jose Wright, the group's bass player and tour coordinator.Compared to the likes of The SuperSuckers, MisfitsandPennywise,CRIMESEEN13delivers a unique sound which pleases critics and fans alike. The band has also attracted the attention of STS Music in New York City - a music service firm which recognized the commercial appeal of the up and coming group.The band's first demos were recorded at Reflection Studios in the bands's hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina. Soon thereafter came the band's first full-length album, recorded in 1999 at Whole Note Studios.Positive response prompted the band to record four more songs, released in October of 1999 on a special 7" vinyl disc. Two additional 7" collectibles are also in the works - one a collaboration with Colorado-based, Pinhead Circus , and another with North Carolina's The Aggrovators. Both vinyl records should satisfy the underground network of fans thatCRIMESEEN13and other band's of the genre have developed.
