Artist History The band was formed by two brothers Novikov back in 1996. Ravi came with his songs and somewhat band-experience and Moksha brought in his talents in guitar playing. Almost right away they were three - Alexandr Parmon, old time friend, joined the band as bassist.THe short history of ARIGATO is in their first performance on 12th of April 1997 in Mogilev, Belarus on the stage of BEGEMOT club.Week later they made a good surprise for Minsks club Reservation. There is a recording made that night. Three musicians playing live used support of Yamaha drum machine.In the November 1998 ARIGATO went to studio and recorded 5 songs in professional quality.In summer 1999 they recorded some acoustic material. Parts of 98 and 99 recordings made compilation called “life under clouds” which is being released now in MINSK.Slow progress of this group of talented musicians is due to time cunsuming path of self discovery and lack of ambition in the usual amounts.
