Artist description
Sir Millard Mulch (who's pseudonym is a reference to a song by Frank Zappa) began his music career at an early age by studying the music of video games on his older brother's Super Ninetendo into the wee hours of the night. By the time he had entered High School, he was known as the Danny Elfman of the video game industry, having composed the soundtracks for well over a hundred popular video games.
His life was forever changed, however, when he first heard the music of Frank Zappa and instantly dedicated his life to writing music exactly like Zappa's in every way. He even grew a genghis, which can be seen in his high school yearbook photo. His vision was first realized in the highly successful compilation disc, "50 Arcade Soundtracks That Sound Just Like Frank Zappa" that has become a favorite among other notable Zappa-clones, Mr. Bungle and Devin Townsend.
Millard has held sacred his fascination with crappy gear in spite of his financial success. His primary instrument? A Casio Keyboard from 1982 with a Greensleeves cartridge still stuck in it. Press "Start" and away it goes!
Moving on to completely steal the ideas of bands such as The Residents and Captain Beefheart, Sir Millard Mulch released a CD entitled, "To Hell With All Of You, I Don't Ever Do Anything Original!" which received an unbelievable amount of criticism when it was revealed that the content of the disc was completely sampled from Negativland's "U2" album.
Litigation was finally pursued by both They Might Be Giants and Ween when Sir Millard Mulch began to exclusively sell their T-shirts with the words "Sounds Like I Listen To A Lot Of" printed above their logos at his merchandise booths.
After his record label finally received a phoned-in death threat from Mike Keneally regarding the legalities of Millard changing his back-up band's name to Beer For Dolphins, he has been forced to retire from the music industry after releasing one final album of Gentle Giant, Emerson Lake & Palmer, King Crimson and Yes covers called, "Why Can't Music Be Complex Anymore?" The album has since had to be renamed to "The De-Evolution of Yasmine Bleeth EP" since Les Claypool (Primus) and Mike Portnoy's (Dream Theater) new prog-rock project called, "Sir Millard Mulch" already called dibs.

Press Reviews
"There's something that I like about your music and I admire the focus and drive you have for creating it. I do appreciate your sense of humor too. I actually enjoy listening to it. It's good stuff and the world should hear it but unfortunately the world is brainwashed right now. Keep sending the wild stuff boy! Also, I would love to get a D.E.M.I. If there are anymore available."
-Steve Vai
"And you didn't even TRY to make it palpable! Amazing. Mulch, with people that stupid around, there's GOT to be a way for you to make LOTS of money. Come on... it's a funny website. I QUIT is my favorite part. You've got a survivor's outlook, despite the fact that you already Quit... I almost quit once. I wussed out though. Best just to complain."
-Trey Spruance, Mr. Bungle
"You MUST check out Sir Millard Mulch. The De-Evolution of Yasmine Bleeth is one of my favorite CD's. I can't stop listening to it! It's insane, and I mean that in a good way. And most importantly, it rocks. Really cleverly written songs delivered with some incredible playing, high energy and a great sense of humor."
