    Artist description
The Sum Of The Parts Equals The WHOLE, The Experimentation And Exploration Of Sound Utilising Technology - You Can, For Example, Record A Sound (Virtually any sound) And Then Process, Manipulate And Mangle It Into Something Totally Diffferent And Unrecognisable. It Is Amazing As To What Can Be Achieved With A Little Imagination And Patience. Once You've Got The Equipment (Be It Hardware, Software Or A Combination Of The Two) The Only Real Limiting Factor In Relation To What Can Be Achieved Is Your BRAIN ! Nowdays The Technology Required To Do All This Is Relatively Cheap (You Can Buy A Synthesizer Today For Under £1,000 That Has The Capability To Produce Sounds Etc That Only 15 Years Or So Ago Would Have Set You Back 20 Or 30 Times That Much. The Aim Of The Zoom Tribe Is To Harness This Technology In Order To Deliver A Sonic Vibe That Is Not Only Fun To Produce (Lets Face If It Isn't Fun, Why Bother ?) But Can Also Be Enjoyed By Those Who Choose To Listen To It).
    Music Style
A Studio Based Project. The Zoom Tribe Was Conceived In November 1999. The Aim Being To Produce A Sonic Vibe Which Has NO RESPECT In Relation To The Crossing Of Boundries, Styles Or Genres. This Philosophy Allows The Project To Travel In Whichever Direction It Chooses, Without Being Shackled Or Burdened By Stereotype, (Society Has An Unhealthy Obsession With Wanting To "Pigeon Hole" Everyone And Everything !!!!!!). With The Zoom Tribe Anything Goes, If It Feels And Sounds Right DO IT !! All Of The Tracks On This Page Are Posted Under The "Leftfield" Genre (Where else Could They Be Put ?) But In Reality They Draw Their Inherent Influences From Many Genres From Around The World. For The Zoom Tribe Variety Is Most Definetely The Spice Of Life.
    Musical Influences

    Press Reviews
Indiport.Com Featured "Nachaser Pt 1" In April 2000. The Track Was Describe As Being "Succulent" (Indiport.com - A Great Site For Independant Music Of A Wide Variety Of Different Sounds/Genres. CHECK IT OUT). "Syphalictic Bitch (Aunties Biotic Mix)" And "Are We Insane ? (Caught In Two Minds Mix)" Were Both Featured Tracks At MP3.Com (Alternative - Leftfield)In 1999 And Had Some Nice Stuff Written About Them. The Zoom Tribe Do Not Court Publicity/Reviews But If People Want To Express An Opinion (Good Or Bad) That Is Their Right
