Artist History In 1990 'Johnny Sunshine and the Happy Ones" recorded a track entitled "Mindy Married Santa."A few years later we tried to make an "industrial" Christmas album - that never really went anywhere. By 1993 we decided the time was right to release a 60 minute cassette and so The Hot Buttered Elves were born.More recent releases sound more like a compilation than a "band" per se. Will there be any more new releases from the Elves? Only time will tell....
