Artist History Nothing Orange is a punk rock band from Lock Haven PA. They have a very diverse sound that is influenced by face to face, BR, The Pixies and sonic youth. Nothing Orange was born in November of 94 (then known as Sour) with founding members Dan Murray- Guitar and vocals, Dan Boble- Drums, Derrick Cunningham- Bass and vocals, and Ben Griswold- Guitar and vocals. Ben Griswold and Dan Bodle left the band in 96 and was replaced by Jason Smith- Guitar and vocals and Joe Cardone- Drums. Dan Bodle returned to the band in 99 and Ben then returned in 2000 for 1 year and then left and moved to CO. He was replaced by Jake Davis but Jake left the band in 2000. They had bad luck with guitar player so now they are a 3 peice. They put out a few cd's over the years (DIY) Fade Away and Out of Touch Out of Range. They have played hundreds of shows in central PA and some in NY state. They most recently opened up for Face to Face, The Movielife, Hot Rodcurcit, and Thric at club laga in Pittsburgh PA. Even though they are from the east coast they have a very west coast sound. In conclusion: after all the member changes and the bull they went through they still stand strong to hopefully get on a record label.
