Artist History Michael was raised in Honoulu and studied piano at an early age under Betty DeRosa. In high school, he was a bass-baritone in two choirs and was selected to be on the All-State Choir. He was also awarded the Degree of Honor by the National Forensics League in speech competition. Michael had gone on to the University of Hawaii to study, but moved to the Northwest to finish a degree in Graphic Design. He became the creative director for a small company and is now just getting back into playing and writing music.
