Artist History It was a year-long Hip Hop moment. Constant Elevation played in San Diego in 1995, recorded 12 tracks, then imploded. There are vocal versions of most of these tracks but permission couldn't be obtained from the MCs so out of respect, they weren't uploaded. The vocal versions are straight dope and put these tracks into a whole new context.
