Artist History
Four years ago Morgan Wright (Bass) and Glen Neath (drums) put together a three piece in high school. Purely acoustical at the time, they would eventually progress. This Progression took place in a band of five called "Meloncholy". It was with this new band that brought in school mate Jamie Wilson (Guitar/Vocals). Meloncholy would then take their act to their high school stage and blew the place apart. No teacher would ever look at these players the same again. In time this band had come to an end at a point where stylistic differences set each member looking in different directions. Amongst the members, it was Jamie, Glen and Morgan that would set off to create two separate bands. Morgan had formed Dead Center and Glen and Jamie created Born Faceless.Though several line-up changes, Born faceless produced their first release entitled "Red Tide". This five song demo triggered an onslaught of shows and publicity. With some media coverage and a following in the making, it seemed as though the band was headed for greater success...until their sudden downfall.Loosing two out of the members left Jamie and Glen as the only members of Born faceless. Intent to hold onto the dream sent them on a soul search for the rest of Born faceless. Coincidently, Morgan was having similar problems with Dead Center. Fortunately Morgan found that his path lead him back to his old comrades in music to create the newest Born faceless.Though the past two to three years this new and strongest version of B.F. has been jamming intensely incorporating their individual styles to create this new musical real.In our most recent adventures, Born Faceless has been in the studio on several occasions starting new projects as we venture through sound. With the recent release of Abduction O, the band has been moving faster then ever as we play shows and work on the full length album entitled "Face in the Water"....already in the pre-production phase. With the entire artistic vision controlled by Born faceless, they now have the keys to a new dawn of music. |
