Artist History
Over my lifetime, I have played several instruments including the trumpet, accordion, guitar, bass guitar and keyboard. I began playing trumpet and accordion at the age of eight and played for about fifteen years, until entering the Army. After returning, I played bass and guitar with friends and family members. In the mid-eighties, I picked up playing the keyboard and creating MIDI sequences. Since my retirement, I have rekindled my musical hobbies with special interest in creating arrangements of polkas, waltzes, marches, 50's style country music and devotional music. In early 2001, I began to relearn the trumpet, after a 40-year sabbatical. I enjoy having music in my life again and am pleased to share it with anyone who would care to list |

Press Reviews
" Enter the world of Arleigh Benedict Baker, where a distant past of vintage waltzes and polkas collides with a not-so-distant past of computerized orchestration. "Drums" bounce like basketballs and drill like toy jackhammers throughout these joyful romps" - Listen.com |
