    Artist History
Chuck first became interested in forming a group of singers and players back in 1975 in Chico, California. Ian Mitchell, an improvisational flute player was first recruited to help Chuck with his first radio recording at CSUC, Chico. Ian really inspired Chuck to form his first group. But it wasn't until 1977 and in 1978 that Marty Dodd, Donna Murr, and Debbie Rooney helped with a second radio recording at the University. The singers Donna and Debbie and Marty Dodd the guitarist, eventually ended up sharing their special talents on "Expressions." Joe Nichols a Christian brother since 1994 added his beautiful electric lead licks on the album. And finally, Steve Amatucci a friend and past roommate added tasty percussion on two of the songs. Presently, Chuck and his wife Katherine minister music for special events and at churches.

    Press Reviews
The "Expressions" album first became a realty when Gene LeSage of the Sound Foundation in Paradise, California said he was interested in the project. What began as an initial idea of recording about 4 songs ended up becoming a 10 song CD. The album became a serious undertaking when approximently 75 hours were spent in the studio. Much prayer went into each song and the album has clearly ended up glorifying God, as it has been aired on many radio stations including the "Worldwide Calvary Chapel Network" out of Twin Falls, Idaho. Next year Chuck intends to start recording his second album with Sound Records. He will try to finish the project before the end of the year. Once again, he will be looking for people that can add their special talents for the glory of God and bring the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth through the medium of music.
