Artist description Likened to Dave Matthews, Matthew Sweet, Scott Stapp of Creed and Matchbox Twenty’s Rob Thomas, among others, Patrick Fleming is an accomplished singer/songwriter/guitarist from Hoboken, NJ bringing together a wealth of styles within the alternative/modern/power pop rock genre. With a bit of sarcastic flair and intellect, he sends the listener on a journey to unexpected places. Concentrating on making both the lyrics and the music create the mood, he blazed his own path in his formative musical years over 14 years ago. He has since honed his songwriting craft to a level of professionalism that the music industry would expect from even the most successful singer/songwriters. Adding to that, his years of experience as a cover artist have allowed him to intimately understand the art of songwriting for the masses, while still retaining his own individual musical style. Following up his debut CD “Connected…” (Songmeister Records – 2000) with his newly released solo acoustic CD, “Naked” (Songmeister Records – 2002), Patrick brings together the top styles of Modern Rock, Adult Contemporary Rock and Pop Pock as well as a little Southwestern Americana. With his modern influences ranging from the Modern/Contemporary Rock of The Goo Goo Dolls and Creed, to the Pop/Punk of Green Day and Blink 182, to the Alternative Rock of Incubus and Lincoln Park, to the Independent Rock of The Refreshments/Roger Clyne and The Peacemakers and The Red Elvises, to the Acoustic Singer/Songwriters like Dashboard Confessional and John Mayer, Patrick brings it altogether in an honest and cohesive collection of songs that are naked to the bone yet refreshingly sincere. Patrick’s music has been heard all over the world by being featured on sports videos that have sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. Two of his songs off his debut CD “Connected…” have been featured on North Jersey’s 105.5 WDHA as well as other NJ radio stations. By gigging 4-5 nights a week for the past 6 years (over 1000 shows!) and playing to over 100,000 people, Patrick is also no stranger to playing his songs live and bringing the listener into his world. Also, with features in Go Out! Weekly, The Aquarian Weekly, two appearances on News 12 New Jersey’s “Jersey’s Talking With Lee Leonard” and one on the Brooklyn Community Access Television show “Welcome Aboard”, over 4,000,000 people have had the chance to experience Patrick and his music more personally. Patrick has been playing the North Jersey circuit for last nine years. Recently, he has made a “home-away-from-home” in Austin, TX at The Acoustic Caf�’ on Austin’s famous 6th Street. His musical journeys have also taken him from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ where he graduated with a B.A. in Music, as well as Seattle, Colorado, Missouri, Florida, California and even Uruguay, South America.

Artist History Patrick has been a full time professional musician since April 1997, playing more than 1100 live shows in the last 6 years. He has been constantly writing, recording and refining his musical vision since 1988, slowly creating his dream studio and finally taking the reigns to produce his debut CD "Connected..." in 2000. In May of 2002, Patrick released his 2nd CD, a solo acoustic effort titled "Naked".
