Artist description
The songs here are unique in style and perspective; from the humorous Kaldi and Gracious Crustacean to the metaphysical questions of In the Beginning, Mr. Browning's melody and rhythmic style and extensive studio experience really stand out. |

Artist History
In 8th grade John began working with subtractive synthesis, re-mixing Bach in the vein of Wendy Carlos. Loudspeaker design and construction followed his avid interest in audio high fidelity and by high school he'd built his first tiny studio in a room on a hill. Always one for improvement, John has tested and proven numerous unique studio techniques with the goal ever before him of better sound, cheaper; striving for unique ambience, the songs on this album are only one example of his signature style. |

Press Reviews
BMI award-winning writer David Hayden, on Gracious Crustacean: "The recording is top notch but the real star of this work is the mood created by Mr. Browning... It's a delightful romp through the underwater world of a highly social and proper crustacean that sips coffee when things get slow. Who's to say who's the savage and what the other creatures on this earth are really up to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED." |
