Artist description
Grayce stands out in an industry full of genres and sub-genres with a sound
that has been referred to as Emotion Rock. While infiltrating the Rock
spectrum, Grayce can be described as the point where love and hate are wed.
A combination of powerful music and emotional lyrics creates an engaging
experience with strong rhythms that enliven the dark melodies. Laskowski
notes, “We push the envelope of inflection, allowing for experimentation.”
Live performances showcase this dimension. Melvin adds, “It gives us the
opportunity to play the songs as they were intended - full of life,
happiness and sorrow.” Grayce creates a very unique sound, infusing a
variety of influences. “I am proud that our style stands out, it gives us
room to breathe,” says Krout. As a part of the mid-west music scene the band
combines their individual backgrounds with a unified artistic approach to
record a “life-journal” in song. Heimbach credits “thought and statement
from idea to finished performance” as allowing their vision to be shared
with the audience |
