Artist History Started in 1987, disbanded and destroyed all record and information in early 1999 when Dr. Neal was thrown from a 5th story window onto blacktop. It was suspected that one of the many contribitor contribited to Dr Neal's plummet. Now the Dr Neal is able to communicate he wished to restart the project.
