Artist description
The "Whiskey Wise" band was put together with some local musicians from Phoenix to produce the CD. Doug plays guitars and the vocals. The rest of the band consists of Joey Cadrecha on guitars, Joe Schofield on Bass, Steve Hargrave on drums. We even enlisted the help of a fiddle player for "Whiskey Wise and Shotgun Mad", the only country song on the CD. The badn is really a good old Rock and Roll band that does whatever is necessary! |

Artist History
Doug has been singing, playing, and writing songs ever since he was at Woodstock! (He's on the album cover if you've got it!) Doug has played in Rock bands and has performed solo for years in Phoenix, Boston, in Colorado ski areas, and in Vermont. This is the first recording of his original tunes. We think it came out great! Apparently, some other people think it sounds pretty good too because the CD was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Album of the Year and for Best Song of the Year (Whiskey Wise...)! |
