Artist description Community of Sound is based in Hull, UK and is set up to build Unity amongst the local community and to provide a platform for demonstrating the diversity and scope of talent which exists in the region. Every Artist, or music related business receives a free webpage and all artists get a webpage plus two audio tracks, and mp3's of their work are uploaded on to this mp3.com page. The site was launched on 7th December 1999, and will be under constant development and growth throughout 2000 and beyond. We hold regular gigs at local venues showcasing up to 12 artists from the site, and there is an up to date event guide. The whole site is constructed in Macromedia Flash, check it out!
