Artist History
Started writing poetry (influenced by Jim Morrison and Bob Dylan) as well as songs around 1989 or so then I got invloved in monthly talent shows at a local theatre. At this time Smokestack Betty ran an "open mic" at Bogie's in Parkersburg and took me under her wing and got me playing every week and it snowballed from there. Suprisingly I have never played an "official" paying gig anywhere although I have made countless appearances around the area for charity. I was first recorded professionally in 1990 by David Traugh and was subsequently recorded there three more times over the next few years. |
