    The Jay Collins Band has been gigging around NYC at museums, bars and performance spaces -- attracting a growing audience. Jay Collins has worked with diverse artists, some of them legendary. They include: Andrew Hill (jazz pianist/composer), the Allman Brothers & Gregg Allman (rock icons), Jacky Terrason (jazz pianist), Bobby Sanabria (afro-cuban percussionist) and LeRoy Vinnegar (be-bop bassist, 1928-1999). Jay composes all music and lyrics for the group.
