Artist History Chemical Youth has been crafting music for over 3 years. Various members of this band have in addition played music together for decades prior to the creation of Chemical Youth. Born in the Fall of 2000, Chemical Youth has worked very hard to craft a sound that captured the ghosts of their inspirations yet delivered in a sound of their own. Much thought is put into every aspect of this band, from the lyrical standpoint as well as the approach to writing music. Though we admire then technicality of many Progressive Metal Masters we have decided to create music that is accessable not only to the musician but also the average listener. With this belief we take a very humble approach to songwriting focusing more on the ebb and flow of the music and less on the number of notes played. Welcome to the world of Chemical Youth!
