Artist History Some time ago, I was invited to a prayer meeting. The four gentlemen who make up the group are all gifted in the prophetic, so the meetings were very powerful. At the first meeting, I felt the Lord leading me to play a particular song out of the worship songbook. The next meeting, I spent a little more time on the piano. I played a couple of songs from the songbook, and a couple of instrumental songs. Eventually I began to spend most of the prayer time playing whatever the Lord wanted me to play at that moment. This brought about some very intense prayer and prophecies from the other men in the group. Later, Fred Kelly, our leader, shared with me this scripture. 2 Kings 3:14-15 (KJV)And Elisha said… …bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him.This scripture has meant a lot to me since that day. I used to wonder what to do with this gift, but the Lord was faithful and showed me that He doesn't give us something He doesn't intend for us to use. When we let Him, He will use our talents in ways we never even dreamed of.Most of the songs on this CD were written during times of worship. Some of the songs have a poem or lyrics to go with them. These were not necessarily meant to be sung with the music, but feel free to sing them if you like, or sing your own words of worship to the Creator.
