Artist History janefondorb lives in Montreal Canada. They are Nick, Kevin, Tim, Paul and Ian. They formed in late 1997 and played several shows in London Onatario Canada before splitting up and spreading out around Canada and Europe. A recording was made over a few days at MOT Studios in Ontario with the help of John Motsch. These songs sat on the shelf for some time, while Johnny Squatz, Obsequie and Fizzarum crafted remixes of the material. Eventually these songs were added to the original pieces and the LP everybody works for milo was released in 2000. janefondorb toured around Quebec and Ontario during that year and began working on a new album and have completed the recording of 8 new songs. Ian moved to montreal in 2001 and has begun performing and writing with the band. janefondorb has a new live show where all paul does is drink beer. janefondorb will be playing in your neighborhood this fall promoting their new independent single: sinewave, so watch out!
