Artist History
Facter started out playing music in various bands in 1990. That year, he also discovered the electronic music "rave" scene, and he has never turned back.In 1995, he began utilising tracker's to write a variety of hardcore and gabber tracks, which, although he does not produce all that many anymore, it is still a love and stylistic impression.Discovering the Nu Skool breaks sound in 1998, after listening to Adam Freelands Coastal Breaks 2, he decided that the sound he had been looking for lay within breakbeats, and began producing tracks in that genre. After moving from using trackers to a full studio setup in 2000, he has now begun to use his years of musical experience to create quality tunes of many different genres, including House and Drum and Bass along with his Breakbeat staple. Facter has gained a great following in his music, and is currently producing tracks on a frequent basis.. |

Press Reviews
"From the outset this rhythm track [Soul Divide] kicks along like a freight train. Melodically adept synth lines weave amongst each other with ease - building and breaking down as naturally as it should feel. A brilliantly written track."
Vurtech - ".... Good bass sound. Actually, REALLY good bass sound, definitely not a default. Not as melodic as I personally like but it's NAzzzzzzTY. Interesting progression. A provocative sample---intellectually provocative that is..........But plus for a (presumably genuine) Australian accent in the sample...adds interest."
"Experimental Breaks anyone? This guys great at it."
"GOOD FUNKY TUNES FROM AUSTRALIA!"
"The only facter for play in the jungle is great music!"
[The Rush] - "An instant favorite. Hard, deep and fat, the D&B throwdown in this trak demands attention. rate 0000 "
"Great beats from this "lad" as he might have said himself...:o) "
