When asked about his inspiration, Bizi loves to talk about the bizarre unpredictable nature of his experiences. My life is like stepping into some crazy carnival, says Bizi. I seem to find humor in most everything I do -- maybe that's why the music has an edge over all these other pop artists who just take themselves a little too seriously. Bizi is an uplifting new splash of pop with a unique radio-ready edge -Michael Mollura of L.A. Music Connection. Born in Stockholm, Sweden to American parents, Bizi grew up feeling a bit foreign to his surroundings, which sometimes led him to extremes for attention. Always looking for new ways to amuse himself and others, Bizi began playing music in grammar school, and continued to keep his friends amused throughout high school with his original music, rock 'n roll bands and wild antics. Bizi cut his teeth on the European music scene, from ultra-melodic Swedish pop bands to Amsterdam house music to the Sneaker Pimps of the UK. With such varied influences, he was inspired to develop his own singing style, which, when he later moved to L.A., earned him the name Bizi It all began as a musical union between Bizi and his producer, Val Gaina. Val is a musical mastermind from Romania whose ultra-modern music studio is his laboratory. Their collaboration is a shared effort with Val writing and producing the Music while Bizi, sings and develops the lyrics & melodies.. Bizi says Val and I have a lot of fun writing this music and we hope that it comes across in our songs, we want the listener to feel like it's ok to take some time out from the day to day grind and just let go. It is the inspired compositions of Bizi and Val that set the high-octane tone for his debut CD, titled: Bizi’s Boom Boom Room. Some of his songs include Living on Line a hilarious tale of a guy who's just discovering his computer and the World Wide Web. Other offerings include M.A.G. a romantic vision of a Mexican American Girl, inspired by Bizi's hometown gals living the nightlife in L.A.'s downtown clubs, and Boom Boom The hip hop inspired Ultra Hooky radio hit. Bizi takes us into the future of music while also inspiring us to keep a keen eye on our younger selves.
