Artist History
A small town in the middle of nowhere...Three guys with nothing to do...a road that could only lead to one place...28N.
Fast forward to the year 2000...A jam session in a college dorm room...The trio had found its fourth member and a new modern rock sound was born...
Hailing from a small town in Northeastern New York, 28N is Nate Stengrevics (lead vocals, guitar), Christian "Rio" Tiberio (lead guitar, backing vocals), Kris Stengrevics (bass), and Lowell Stringer (drums, percussion).
The 28N journey began in January, 2000 at BJ's Bar in Fredonia, NY. Since then, the band has played a multitude of shows and developed a large loyal following. The latest chapter in the 28N story is the release of their debut CD, "Stand".
"Stand" showcases the strong songwriting of the band and lead singer Nate Stengrevics' thoughtful lyrics. It's a return to the songwriting style of the greatest decades in rock, but with a crunch that could only come from modern influences such as Live, Pearl Jam, and Our Lady Peace.
