Artist History
xWitnessx formed in the summer of 2002. At that point in time we were called xHold Truex, but we changed our name to xWitnessx in the spring of 2003 to avoid confusion with a European band called HoldxTrue (a sweet thrash/old school band). Our goal is to create old school hardcore music that is refreshing and energetic with intelligent, personal and socially aware lyrics. We are not trying to impress anyone with slick layouts, cool clothes or glossy publicity photos worthy of being in some boy band's press kit. Simply put, we are four discontent kids with a lot of conviction and a passion for sincere music. |

Press Reviews
This demo (Demo 2003) is f**king good. The vocals are raw, and straight forward. The music drives and has great rhythm changes and breakdowns. These dudes also support "a straightedge and vegetarian lifestyle," and that is f**king cool with me. I'm looking forward to more from these dudes. I'm giving this a 4.6 out of 5.
