Artist History Bill Todd traveled the U.S. via Sheraton and Holiday Inn gigs until he landed in Venice Beach, California thanks to the influence of ambient electronic artist friend Jeff Oster (whom he has yet to forgive). Bill married a beach chick, went to work with Jeff selling annuities and that was the end of a mediocre music career. This listing marks the beginning of his come back to rise slightly above the previously adequate Bill Todd.
