The Los Angeles based three-piece is comprised of British cohorts Dave Haynes (Lead Vocals/Guitar) and Darren Edwards (Drums) with US born Brian 'Chewy' James on bass. The British contingent gives the Rocking Scoundrels a definite “Brit-Sound”, especially noticeable in the punk-edged vocal delivery of Dave Haynes.
