Artist description
Bob Caporale's Theatre of Life is a unique multimedia experience. At the heart of the project is a short theatrical piece that tells a story through music. Unlike traditional musical theatre where a story is told through a series of lyrical songs, Theatre of Life provides a soundtrack which plays continuously behind live spoken dialogue, multimedia images, and some live musical performance. The story is actually created from the music and is as long or as short as the CD itself. Each CD featured on mp3.com serves as the actual soundtrack to each play. Most of the music is instrumental in nature, but there are also occassional vocal songs which I perform on CD, but which are sung live by the actors when the play is performed live. (Please forgive the fact that my main gig is composing - not singing!) |
