    Artist History
Their band effectively defunct by circumstances of higher education, Orgasmic Sound Explosion's delightful, sonic kookoo birds (Pittsburghers Matthew Stidle and Mark Bisi) went their "separate ways" in 2001 (reforming sporadically to birth 80's synth-heartthrobs "The Target Heart Rates"). Matt now plays drums for "We are The Shitstorms" (or something like that, in Poughkeepsie, NY), and Mark strums his heartstrings in front of a Radio Shack microphone as "The Texas Instrument." (a.k.a. "Your Favorite Side Dish" and "The Center Of Attention").

    Press Reviews
"I thought you were going to go for the joke." - Matthew Stidle (in reference to Mark's song about a man visiting his wife's grave). "I'm singing it like it's a song we all know." - Luke J. Ferdinand (of Pittsburgh's own Land., in reference to "Hi-5 (Totally Denied)," a demo for the Made-Up Girls album.) "This isn't a top 40 indie hit! This is my friend Mark!" - Matthew Stidle (in reference to the heart-tugging "Follow You.)
