Artist description
A four piece band originating from Huyton Liverpool. Average age of 25. Formed 1998, they met at school and have all been influenced by their brothers record collection: The Who, The Yardbirds, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, The Kinks. Their demos recorded in Manchester have received superb feedback from all who have heard them including: Soul II Souls Jazi B, who invited them to record in his London Studios. Simple Minds Drummer Mel Gaynor co produced 3 of the bands demos and then asked The Loft to back him on 2 shows in Italy Sept 1999.
World at our feet was described by BBC Radio Merseyside as the Liverpool 2008 European City of Culture Song.
The band have played a lot in and around Liverpool, Manchester and London and are again starting to do gigs with a great following.
They have 50 complete songs, numerous jams, poems and stories all which get used, dumped, ad libbed and generally exploited during their live sets. They create the entertainment for the people wherever possible. Like most young lads they love all music and have a right to be proud of the contribution they are making.
