Artist History Based in Nottingham,England.Guidance is Internal was born in july 2003 from the ashes of 2 of Nottinghams finest bands. Namely alternertive metal merchants Salt:Burn and screamo outfit End to exit.After both bands imploded within days of one another. Merging to one vocalist AL,guitarist's Craig & Tone,drummer Mike,and bassist Ben,had already envisioned what they wanted to achieve.Immediatly began creating their very own powerfuly intense and distinctive sound. With influences ranging from every genre of metal,the sound they forged was heard by friends and Guidance is Internal were to achieve the ultimate acolade for gaining there own term for a new genre titled Suicidecore due to their dense,brooding,powerful,passionate and discordent nature.
